Quality Control
Here at DBM quality is key. Our mission is to provide affordable jewellery but without compromising on quality. That is why we have a rigorous four-point Quality Control process for ensuring all products meet the required standard and checks before shipment. Our team of highly skilled professionals are responsible for checking and maintaining a high level of quality throughout the whole manufacturing process.
We check with all suppliers to ensure that all materials are ethically sourced.
All our jewellery is additionally tested by UK Assay office and given compliance certification. The materials undergo a series of analytical assessments including Nickel and Lead/Cadmium testing.

All our metal materials must pass a purity inspection to ensure that they contain no additives or harmful chemicals. Our jewellery has been tested by the UK Assay office and has met the UK/EU standards for harmful chemical levels.
All testing tools within our facilities ensure that all key operating standards are being met.
We adhere to the 2.0 directive (EU) 2015/863 and EU 2017/2102 when testing all our samples and work to IEC 62321 standards. Certificates of compliance from the UK Assay office can be provided if required.
Each clients file containing their designs and paperwork are kept confidentially.
